A new job on the truck
On Thursday last week Hodge podge went down to serve food right across the progressive offices on som center road. There was another food truck there at the same time, which made my boss really mad because they took half of our customers. We served our usual menu of Sliders, PBLT, Fish/Steak Tacos, and Tater Tots. It was a really warm day (about 80) outside so that meant about 95 on the truck. But the day was easy and we only served about 60 orders and made a total of 550 dollars. On friday, the next day we went to public square looking to make our goal of 1000. That day was the first day that I stopped taking orders and moved to handle the expo (putting final touches on the orders and handing out food). Expo was a little more stressful but a lot funner because it was more than just writing words on a paper. After the two hours at public square we made our goal and had plenty of leftovers which made for a solid dinner.
