my visit to see Miss Cohara

Hello, everyone!  Last week, I took a trip to St. Barnabas School to visit Morgan, or as she's now called, Miss Cohara.  It was a great day, and Morgan is definitely a natural.  I was truly impressed by her poise and control of the 7th graders!
As mentioned in one of her previous posts, Morgan was in charge of the review session for the Civil War exam.  She started off the class with a game and then moved on to a Prezi with a worksheet.  The kids really responded well to the review and were eager to participate.
For me, it was so interesting to see one of my students excelling at my usual role, that of a teacher.  I really enjoyed being around younger students for a change, and I actually learned a lot about the Civil War!  It seems as though Morgan has already found her stride.  I hope that I'll get another chance to come back and visit again!
